Mr Shah, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, states that the Government of India has now issued a clarification dated 29 August 2025, which addresses the Petitioner's grievances substantially. Mr Shah refers to clause 2.3 of the clarification, which provides that for the purposes of Regulation 6(4) of the CBLR, 2018, the CBLR Examination, 2025 and the additional examination, 2025 shall together be treated as a single attempt.

Mr Shah states that with this clarification, the Petitioner, who was seeking an additional attempt to appear for the examination, will now get the additional attempt.

Accordingly, since the grievances in this Petition stand redressed, the same is disposed of.
