We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties on this Petition on the earlier occasion i.e. on 10th November 2025. To enable the parties to place on record minutes of the order, we had adjourned the proceedings for today. 2.
Today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, and the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have placed on record the minutes of the order, in which they have jointly prayed that the Petition be disposed of in terms thereof. 3.
