Let Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 be placed on record as mentioned in the order dated 11th June, 2025. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 shall also place on record an appropriate statement in regard to the amount of transit rent given to each of those members including by making remarks on those who according to Respondent No. 1 are not eligible. Further, some cheques are delivered in the office of Advocate for Petitioner, details in respect of the period in regard to which such payment are of transit rent are made (subject-matter of cheques) is required to be furnished which also be placed on record on adjourned date of hearing.
