These matters were granted an over night pass over in order to enable the learned Advocate for the Petitioners to take instructions.

Today, the learned Advocate submits on instructions that whatever be the deviations which have been freshly pointed out in the two reports, both dated 17.11.2025 (photostat copies having been filed in both these Petitions by the Corporation), more particularly, mentioned on the second page, shall be removed within 60 days from today. 3.

The learned Senior Advocate Shri Godbole has tendered the photostat copies of the two reports (3 pages each), which are taken on record and marked as 'X' in the respective Petitions, submits that the earlier deficiencies have been cured by the Petitioners. The deficiencies mentioned at Serial Nos. 1 and 2 in the first Petition and Serial No. 1 in the second Petition are those deficiencies which the Petitioners would now cure within 60 days. For clarity, we are marking the said deficiencies with a red ink box bracket identified as 'Y' in both those documents.

In view of the above, we record that the Petitioners would cure the deficiencies within 60 days.

Both these Petitions, by consent, are disposed off. The

impugned notices, subject to the compliance, as is stated above, would lose their efficacy after 60 days, subject to compliance. 6.
