In spite of the notice, the respondent no. 4 did not appear in the present proceedings on 2nd September 2025, 14th November 2025, 28th November 2025 and 1st December 2025. It was on 1st December 2025 that we thought it would be proper to give one more opportunity to the respondent no. 4 to contest the matter by filing an affidavit-in-reply. For that purpose, the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 were requested to give intimation to the respondent no. 4 through an e-mail regarding posting of this matter today.

Today, Mr. Sumit Khanna, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent no. 4 and seeks adjournment.
