Heard. The Petitioner claims to be social worker and a vigilant citizen. A civil suit has already been filed by the Petitioner in the Civil Court. He is aggrieved that the construction work is not being halted.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner would file an additional application in the said civil suit for a new cause of action, if any. He prays for leave to Gayatri Shimpi
