Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel for the petitioner, makes a grievance that, the eligibility of the petitioner has not been decided by the Competent Authority, though the petitioner has submitted a representation for determination of petitioner eligibility in terms of the order dated 11th July 2025.

Learned AG assures that, the Competent Authority would decide varsha

In case the representation and documents are not submitted to the proper Authority, the petitioner is at liberty to submit such representation and documents to the proper authority by Monday, 25th August 2025.
