Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Sawant, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in the intervening period, by an order dated 11th September, 2025, the Competent Authority has determined the eligibility of the petitioner and the petitioner has been held to be eligible for allotment of an alternate premises. 3.

Mr. Sawant submits that the concerned Department of the Government be directed to provide an alternate accommodation to the petitioner within a time-frame.
