On the backdrop of our order dated 24th July 2025, the proceedings are before us today. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the work of removal of the illegal construction of school is in progress. The same shall be completed within 10 days from today.

In the event, any police protection is required, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the officer in charge of the local police station, who shall do the needful.
