The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the Petition has become infructuous, as after the filing of the Petition, a notice dated 5th August 2025 has been issued by the Respondent No.1, which has been published on its official website that the Petitioner has been excluded from the Graded Surveillance Mechanism with effect from 6th August 2025. 2.

In view thereof, the leave is granted.
