The Petitioners claim to be flat purchasers in the 'C' Wing of a building named 'Gaurav Palace', situated on a property bearing CTS No.100, Survey No.96, Hissa No.3 of Malad, situated at Kandivali (West), Mumbai.

The reason for the Petitioners approaching this Court is to direct Respondent Nos.6 & 7 to ensure that Respondent Nos.8 to 10 comply with the provisions of the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006 and obtain Firefighting Clearance Certificate. Gayatri Shimpi
