We have perused the averments made in the Petition. In the light of observations made in the case of Bank of Baroda vs. Union of India, through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & Anr. in Writ Petition (L) No.34152 of 2025 dated 03rd May 2024, we are satisfied that the case has been made out to issue directions to NCLT to hear Company Petition (Diary) No.2709138022112025 filed on 04th March 2025 against Respondent No.3 expeditiously.
