This writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Chief Officer, the Mumbai Repairs and Reconstruction Board to take a decision on the representation for allotment made by the petitioner on 19/01/2021, 13/04/2022 and 26/10/2023 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
