3 WP-3092-2025.DOC had been complied by the Petitioner, in as much as an amount of Rs. 1,15,57,601/- has already been paid to the Respondent No. 3 by means of bank transfer, RTGS and demand draft. 2.
The Respondent No. 3 has expressed dissatisfaction in the matter by contending that the interest component has not been paid, although there was a direction to that effect from the Court. He has tendered written submissions indicating the interest component payable to him by the Petitioner. Since the written submission has been submitted only today, Mr. Soman, learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted two weeks' time to examine the same and come up with his response.
