Both these petitions can be conveniently disposed of by this order. 2.

Inasmuch as the only prayer made in this petition is that a Writ of Mandamus be issued to respondent No.2 to supply the petitioner with the orderin-appeal in order to enable the petitioner to avail the legal right to file an appeal before the Tribunal.

We are informed by Mr. Adik, learned counsel for respondent, that hard copies of the orders have been handed over to the advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner, hence, now intends to assail the order before the Tribunal. 4.

Considering the case made out in the petitions, it appears that the order was not served on the petitioner in a manner known to law. In this view of the matter, nothing further survives for adjudication in these petitions, as the copy of 05 March 2026 Kiran Kawre

16-WP-3008-2025.DOC the Order-in-Appeal has now been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

We accordingly permit the petitioner to approach the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today, and in the event an appeal is filed, the same be decided without an objection as to limitation, considering the fact that as the petitioners were bona fide pursuing the present proceedings they would be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 6.

All contentions of the parties on the proposed appeal are expressly kept open.
