The Petitioner has already approached the National Commission for Backward Classes. The dispute between the Petitioner and Air India, has been carried before the said Commission on the grounds set out in the complaint filed before it. 2.

Since Air India is no longer a public sector undertaking, and considering various orders of this Court refusing to entertain Writ Petitions in view of Article 12, we find no reason to entertain the present Petition merely on the ground that the National Commission has been added as Respondent No. 2 and the Ministry of Civil Aviation as Respondent No. 1. The Petitioner's main grievance is only against Air India.
