By a praecipe bearing today's date, the Advocate for the Petitioner has sought for extension of time which had been fixed by this Court for hearing of the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 filed in Original Application No.481 of 2022 by the Debt Recovery Tribunal and which time is scheduled to expire on 28th October 2025. It is mentioned in the praecipe that the oral request has been made by the DRT for extension of time to dispose of the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 in O.A. No. 481 of 2022 and for which, additional time of one month would be required. 1/2

Accordingly, the extension of time is granted. The DRT shall dispose of the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 in O.A. No. 481 of 2022 within a period of one month from expiry of the earlier date fixed on 28th October 2025 viz. on or before 27th November 2025. 4.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
