By an order dated 17th October 2025 this Court had granted extension of time for the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) to dispose of the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 in Original Application (OA) No. 481 of 2022 on or before 27th November 2025.

ICICI Bank vs. Registrar, DRT WPL 22198.2025 DRT has concluded the hearing and only the order remains to be pronounced in the matter. They have applied for further extension of time for the DRT to pronounce the order in the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 in O.A. No. 481 of 2022.

In view thereof, we grant further extension till 16th December 2025 for the DRT to pronounce the order in the Interim Application No. 1039 of 2022 in O.A. No. 481 of 2022.
