1. The proceedings are moved at the behest of the Municipal Corporation. By order dated 4th August 2025 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed that the representation as made by the petitioner be heard and decided by the designated officer of the Municipal Corporation after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within one month from the date on which the copy of the order would be made available. A request is made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation that further time is required to decide the representation. In that regard, a hearing is now scheduled on 8th September 2025.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we extend the time to 03rd September 2025 R.V.Patil
