The learned Senior Advocates along with the learned Advocates appearing for the respective sides, are united in submitting that the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 with regard to the utilization of a property in a commercial establishment, which is a Gayatri Shimpi

10-WP-3268-2025.odt multistoried building, would not fall within the realm of the Maharashtra State Minorities Commission.

The complaints filed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.6, against each other, with Respondent No.2 Maharashtra State Minorities Commission, are voluntarily withdrawn by the parties. They agree that for the dispute voiced in the Writ Petition with regard to the property matters falling within the realm of the Corporation, they would not be approaching Respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the observations, that all other disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6, which are pending before different Fora, would be pursued by the said parties.
