This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:- "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and after going into the legality and propriety, there of quash & set aside the order dated 21th March, 2025.

b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Prohibition or by any writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of prohibition, the respondents be restrained permanently from allotting the tit bit land as mentioned in the impugned order dated 21th March, 2025 to any person or body other than Petitioner.

c. Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Writ petition respondent be directed not to take any coercive steps Laxmi

d. Be pleased to direct the MHADA to ascertain the exact area being tit bit area earmarked 'C' in possession of petitioner/society & further take decision to allot such area as per scheme applicable to such area in favour of petitioner/Society.

e. Be pleased to direct respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's representation of year of 2004 as per the rate/charges applicable at the time of submission of representation of petitioner's Society.

f. Be pleased to direct respondent no. 2 to consider and or decide the development proposal dated 19.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner.

g. Interim and ad-interim relief in terms of Prayer clause (f) above be granted;

h. For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court be may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. i. For costs."

After this Petition is heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition keeping open all contentions of the Petitioner.
