This matter was heard for some time. An FIR bearing No.653 was registered against the Petitioner on 29th June, 2024 with the D.N. Nagar Police Station, on the ground of seeking money by way of extortion, of an amount of Rs.80 lakhs. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has tendered a compilation of documents (page nos.1 to 89), which contains a copy of the FIR. The said compilation is taken on record and marked as ' X ' for identification.

After we expressed our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.
