Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has sought further time for the Petitioners to pay the balance amounts under the One Time Settlement (OTS). He has submitted that with respect to the three mortgaged properties, mentioned in Paragraph 3c of the Petition, there are interested purchasers.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent - Bank states that although the Petitioners have referred to interested purchasers, these interested purchasers have not come forward. He has also disputed the balance amounts payable by the Petitioners.

Accordingly, the Petitioners and the Respondent - Bank shall prepare their respective computation statements of the amounts paid under the OTS and balance amounts due under the OTS. The respective statements shall be submitted to this Court on the next date. 4.
The Petitioners shall produce the interested purchasers for the mortgaged properties on the next date.

The Writ Petition shall be placed on 22nd September 2025. 6.
The learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank states that till the next date, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners. The statement is accepted.
