By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners has sought permission to withdraw the present KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Writ Petition in view of OTS dated 3rd January, 2026 which is by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.01.05 15:40:43 +0530 appended to the praecipe.

Mr. Nitin Gangal, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has sought directions to the Registry that in view of withdrawal of Writ Petition, the Registry (Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court) be directed to handover three Demand Drafts, particulars of which have been mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the said praecipe, and which have been deposited pursuant to the orders of this Court in the present Writ Petition. This would enable the Petitioners to re-validate them, if necessary and pay the said amounts to the Respondent under the said OTS. 4.
In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Registry (Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court) is directed to handover to the Petitioners the three Demand Drafts deposited, particulars of which have been mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the praecipe, within a period of one week from today.

The Writ Petition No.3392 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
