By an order dated 17th October 2025, a last chance was given to the Respondent - Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division) to decide the representation of the Petitioner, latest by 3rd November 2025.

This has been duly complied with by the Respondent - Ministry Home Affairs (Foreigners Division). A copy of the order dated 13th October 2025 issued by the Government of India - Ministry of Home 1/2
3-WP-3426-2025.doc Affairs (Foreigners Division) to the Commissioner, Bureau of Immigration, has been tendered by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division) and is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.
As per the said order dated 13th October 2025, a decision has been taken by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division) whereby they have accepted the representation of the Petitioner and conveyed their decision that, there is no impediment for the Petitioner (Mr. S. D. Harding) to travel to India, subject to valid travel documents and Indian Visa.

In view of the representation of the Petitioner having been considered and accepted by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division), the said order dated 17th October 2025 has been complied with. Since the present Writ Petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 14th August 2025, no further orders are required to be passed.
