Mr. Anand Pande, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner states that on instructions, the Petitioner is desirous of AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV withdrawing the present Writ Petition and since he is desirous of availing the AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.03.16 22:01:54 +0530 appellate remedy of filing Revision Application under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949.
