This Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for following reliefs:
"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, ordering and directing the Respondent No. 1 and their subordinate, servants and agents to forthwith to (i) take action against Respondent No. 2 including issuance of a show cause notice for not complying with the order dated 29th April 2017 passed by Respondent No. 4 and not completing the project under the SRA Scheme as approved by it within the time specified in the said order dated 29th. April 2017, and (ii) ensure that the project under the SRA Scheme as approved by it is completed by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within a time bound manner.
(b) In the alternative, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, ordering and directing the Respondent No. 4 and their subordinate, servants and agents to forthwith decide Miscellaneous Application for Intervention filed by the Petitioners in Application No. 87 of 2016, expeditiously and, in any event, within a period of four weeks.
(c) Pending hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court, by an interim order and injunction, be pleased restrain Respondent No. 1 from issuance any permission to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in respect of the project under the SRA Scheme which affect the rights of slum dwellers including all the stakeholders. (d) Pending hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court, by an interim order and injunction, be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to decide the Miscellaneous Application for Intervention filed by the Petitioners in Application No. 87 of 2016, on such terms and conditions, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit;
(e) for ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (f) above;
(f) for costs of the Writ Petition;
(g) for such further and other Writs, Orders and Directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2-Developer states that SRA Project being a composite project, the construction of slum rehabilitation
project involves construction for slum rehabilitation building as also free sale building. So far as rehabilitation buildings are concerned, it is stated that the buildings were already constructed, O.C. was granted and also eligible slum dwellers have been rehabilitated. We accept the same stand taken on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

In this view of matter, keeping open all contentions of the parties, further adjudication of this Petition is not called for. 4.
It is accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
