Mr. Aseem Naphade, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has referred to Affidavit dated 29th January, 2025 which has dealt with Circular Nos.51 and 51A of 2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 - MahaRERA. He has submitted that there are certain deficiencies in the said circular which have been highlighted in the Additional Affidavit.

The Respondent No.2 - MahaRERA shall file their parawise response to the Additional Affidavit. This Affidavit shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today. 3.
The Petitioner is at liberty to file Affidavit in Rejoinder thereto within a period of one week thereafter. 4.
Place the Writ Petition for further consideration on 13th January, 2026.
