The disposed of Writ Petition is placed pursuant to an application made by Respondent - MahaRERA dated 11th November 2025 to extend the time for disposal of the Appeals before it by a period of eight weeks.

By the order dated 3rd September 2025, this Court had disposed of the Writ Petition by directing Respondent - MahaRERA to dispose of the Appeals within eight weeks from the date of filing of the Appeals by the Petitioner.

The Petitioner had filed the Appeals on 11th September 2025 and the eight weeks' period expired on 6th November 2025. 4.
