The Petitioner is a diploma holder. According to the Management, the Petitioner does not have the requisite qualifications to be appointed as a Teacher. Since 2016, he has not been in employment. The Petitioner claims to be a Computer Teacher-cum- School Bus Caretaker.

Let the Petitioner raise a grievance before the appropriate education authority within whose jurisdiction Respondent No. 2 Trupti ...1
