Leave to amend to implead the owners of the adjoining lands who intend to intervene and is represented by Mr. Janak Dwarkadas, learned Senior Counsel, also to implead the society of the slum dwellers who also intend to intervene and is represented by Mr. Girish Godbole, learned Senior Counsel. 2.
We are informed that in the meantime after filing of this petition, there are subsequent developments inasmuch as Annexure II has been finalised and notified, a copy of which is handed over by Mr. Godbole to Mr. Sen, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner. In the event, the petitioner intends to amend the petition to incorporate necessary averments in that regard to raise an additional challenge, the petitioner is at liberty to do so. Let amendment be carried out within two days. Amended copies be served on the added respondents and the other respondents.
