The matter has been placed today under caption for compliance.

This is pursuant to the order dated 19th November 2025, SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT by which this Court had recorded the submission of the learned Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2026.02.02 10:55:04 +0530 Additional G.P. that the proposal forwarded by the Maharashtra State Haj Committee dated 20th November 2023, addressed to the 1/3

Principal Secretary, Ministry of Minority Development Department (KA-5), Mumbai - 32 would be dealt with and a reasoned order will be passed, if not already decided, within a period of 45 days from the date of the order. By following the due procedure the order was to be communicated to the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 on the Petitioner's cellular phone number and e-mail address of Respondent No. 2, details of which are provided in the said order. 3.

The learned Additional G.P. for Respondent No. 1-State has stated today that the above decision being a policy decision is yet to be taken and sought for additional time.

Accordingly, we direct that the above proposal be decided by Respondent No. 1-State within a period not beyond six weeks from today by following the due procedure. 5.

The remainder directions issued vide order dated 19th November 2025 shall continue to comply.

Writ Petition has been disposed of by the said order dated 19th November 2025.
