Ms. Prachi Tatake, learned Additional Government Pleader has sought for extension of time to file affidavit in reply to the petition which was to be filed within a period of two weeks by order dated 16 March 2026. The affidavit which was directed to be filed is to state as to when the policy decision shall be taken by the Respondent No. 1 - State. 2.

Accordingly, the extension of time is granted. 3.

Respondent No. 1 - State shall file their affidavit in reply on or before 9 April 2026.
