The advertisement RRC-01/2019 (Detailed Centralized Employment Notification), Railway Recruitment Boards, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, is at issue. The same was published on 23rd February, 2019. The selection of candidates is meant for various categories of posts, which are about 4000 in number. The selection process is still ongoing. 2.
The Petitioner's application form was accepted. She was given an admit card. She appeared for the examinations. She
was in the merit list. At the time of verification of documents, the Respondents noticed some deficiency and intimated the Petitioner vide the communication dated 22nd August, 2024 that there are deficiencies in her educational qualification. 3.
Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 9th December, 2025. Considering the conspectus of this matter, this Petition would be listed in the 'Urgent Supplementary Board'. 4.
The learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of both the Respondents and submits that the affidavit in reply would be filed within two weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that the only objection of the Respondents appears to be as regards the 10th Standard qualification of the Petitioner. She has acquired the equivalent qualification of Uttama (Matric Hindi Sthar) Pariksha, Mumbai Hindi Vidyapeeth. The Government of Maharashtra, Department of Higher and Technical Education has issued a Government Resolution dated 28th February, 2007, granting three courses of the Mumbai Hindi Vidyapeeth viz. Uttama, Bhasha Ratna
and Sahitya Sudhakar, equivalence with S.S.C., Inter (12th) and B.A., respectively.
