By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has sought for extension of time for disposal of the Securitisation Application and to extend the KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV interim stay granted by the DRAT order. By the Order dated 15th September 2025, this Court had directed the DRT, Mumbai to hear by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.10.13 17:56:49 +0530 and dispose of the Securitisation Application No.150 of 2021, within 1/2
M1-WP 3684.2025.doc a period of four weeks from impugned Order dated 18th July, 2025 which was continued for a period of five weeks from the date of the said order.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has submitted that despite best efforts of the Presiding Officer of the DRT-II, Mumbai the hearing of the Securitisation Application has not been concluded and is being heard on a day-today basis. He has sought for extension of time for the hearing and disposal of the Securitisation Application No.150 of 2021. He has submitted that there is the ensuing Diwali Vacation and accordingly, appropriate time be granted. 4.
Having considered the submission of Mr. Rajadhyaksha, we consider it appropriate to grant a period of three weeks for the DRT, Mumbai to hear and dispose of the Securitisation Application No.150 of 2021.
