The Praecipe is moved by the Respondents seeking extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 15th September 2025.

The Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 15th September 2025, directing the DRT, Mumbai, to hear and dispose of the SA No.150 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of order. Similarly, the order dated 18th July 2025, passed by the DRAT was directed to be continued for a period of five weeks. With the above observations, the Writ Petition was disposed of.

However, the matter could not be decided within the stipulated period by the DRT, Mumbai. Therefore, once again, this Court vide order dated 10th October 2025, on a Praecipe moved by the Respondent had passed an order granting three weeks' to the DRT, Mumbai, to hear and dispose of the Securitization Application, and the order dated 18th July 2025, passed by the DRAT was directed to be continued for a period of one week thereafter.

It is submitted that, after the extension of time was granted by this Court on 10th October 2025, there is no decision as yet though the matter is already heard finally and reserved for orders. The outer time limit granted by this Court expires today, i.e., on 31st October 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents has placed on record the today's cause-list of DRT, Mumbai, wherein the matter is listed at Serial No.8 under the caption 'Time Bound Matter' and not listed for passing of orders. Hence, he is seeking extension of time.

In view of the request made by the Respondents, further extension of one week is granted to the DRT, Mumbai, to decided the Securitization Application and the order dated 18th July 2025, passed by the DRAT shall continue to operate for a period of one week thereafter. In case the order is passed by the DRT, Mumbai, today itself, then period of one week shall commence from today. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) { 31st October 2025 Kartikeya
