None present for the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner shall serve a copy of this Petition on the learned Advocate for the Corporation and the learned AGP.

The Petitioner has prayed that the license bearing No. 4949 which is set to be a Municipal Pitch License, be transferred in his name. Earlier it stood in the name of the erstwhile owner who was running the business, namely, Mohanlal Chaganlal. It is also prayed that subsequent applications, mentioned in prayer clause (b), seeking transfer of license, Gayatri Shimpi

28-WP-3694-2025.odt be considered. The original Application is dated 22nd September, 2003 and the subsequent reminders are dated 9th February 2011, 15th June, 2017 and 13th February, 2020.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No. 2 to deal with the pending applications of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law. After granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, he shall pass an order within 90 days from today.
