This Petition seeks refund of certain taxes allegedly paid by the Petitioner under a mistake of law.

Mr. Takke, the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 points out that to the best of his knowledge, no application was made by the Petitioner seeking refund. 3.

Normally, it is for the Petitioner to apply for refund and, should the same be rejected, to challenge such rejection before the appropriate Court by taking out appropriate proceedings. 4.

In any event, at the request of Ms. Tanna, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who says that the Petitioner wishes to engage a Counsel, we post this matter on 19 November 2025. (Advait M. Sethna, J) (M.S. Sonak, J)
