The Petitioner fairly submits that her correct date of birth is 1st July, 1990. It was rightly mentioned in the Aadhar Card, when it was issued for the first time. While updating the Aadhar Card recently, it was wrongly mentioned as 1st July, 1996. After the filing of this Petition, the Petitioner has received a message from the Authority and a fresh application is made mentioning the correct date of birth as 1st July, 1990.

The learned Advocate, Mr. Rodrigues appears for Respondent No.2. We trust that he will ensure that the correct date of birth as 1st July, 1990 is entered while updating the Aadhar Card, at the earliest.
