Stand over to 23rd February 2026, as the parties are present before the Court and intend to resolve the dispute concerning the redevelopment of the building in question. The proposed resolution would include execution of a development agreement and delineation of the area to be assigned in favour of Respondent No. 5 (owner), as well as the area to be allocated to each of the tenements.

Upon execution of the development agreement, the necessary proposals shall be submitted to Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC). 3.
