The petition is mentioned for Speaking to the Minutes of order dated 14th October 2025. First correction is sought in paragraph 1(c), line 3, where date 13th May 2025 is sought to be replaced by 30th May 2025. Second correction is sought in paragraph no.3, line 11, where receipt number 39559 is sought to be replaced by 39560.

We have perused the paper book. We in fact find that the date 13th May 2025 is mentioned in prayer clause (c) of the petition. We also find that receipt No.39559 is mentioned in paragraph 3.5 on page no.10 of the petition. Therefore, we do not find any typographical errors in order dated 14th October 2025. 4.

However, in the interest of justice, we permit amendment to the prayer MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2025.11.14 16:31:29 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE clause (c) to replace the date 13th May 2025 with 30th May 2025, as well as paragraph no.3.5 on page 10 to replace the receipt number 39559 with 39560.
