Paragraph 14 of the said order be deleted and substituted with the following:- "14. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition can be convenient to dispose of by setting aside the order dated 23rd October 2024 passed on the Appeal by Respondent No.3 and the Appeal be restored to the file of the Appellate Authority for a de novo adjudication." 3.

The operative portion, paragraph no. (i) be deleted and substituted by the following:- Laxmi

WP 4374-25.DOC "(i) The Order-in-Appeal dated 23rd October 2024 is quashed and set aside. Appeal No. AD270824032385Y filed by the Petitioner on 27th August 2024 is restored to the file of Respondent No.3 for affording a fresh hearing to the Petitioner, and the same to be decided on merits." 4.
