Petitioners are challenging notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, (SARFAESI Act) dated 19th November 2022 and subsequent actions taken by the respondent bank. An order passed by the Competent Magistrate dated 17th October 2024, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, is also subject matter of challenge.
