Not on board. Mentioned by way of praecipe on behalf the Petitioners for seeking extension of time for the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai ("DRAT") to dispose of Appeal No. 191 of 2012. 2.

By an order dated 11th November 2025, the DRAT was granted time till 31st March 2026 to dispose of the said Appeal. 3.

We are informed that upon appointment of Chairperson of DRAT at Mumbai denovo hearing had to be conducted and that the Appeal is part heard. It is now listed for further hearing on 6th April 2026. In that light, time period for disposing of Appeal No. 191 of 2012 is extended by six weeks from 6th April 2026.
