At the request of the learned counsel, time is granted to enable Mr. Mishra to take instructions on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 3.

The only contention urged on behalf of the Petitioner is that, while rejecting the refund application by an order dated 27th March 2026, the documents submitted by the Petitioner on the very same day were not taken into consideration. In this regard, our attention has been invited to the Petitioner's application dated 28th March 2026, annexed at Exhibit "L" to the Petition.

Mr. Raichandani, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that, in Mane
