The learned AGP has tendered a compilation (322 Pages) to indicate as to the steps taken by the Corporation for ensuring that illegal hawkers and illegal parking, who were encroaching the premises of the Petitioner, are cleared. The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that today the entire area has been cleaned up. She tenders two colour photographs indicating that neither unauthorized parking is seen, nor the unauthorized hawkers can be spotted in the said picture. The said two colour photographs on a single sheet of photo paper, are marked as 'X-2' for identification.

We would appreciate if the Corporation and Respondent Nos.4 to 6 ensure that there is no illegal parking and no illegal hawking by the hawkers in the vicinity. 4.
