P.C.:- 1) Learned AGP, on instructions from the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, H-West Zone, Mumbai, submitted that, in furtherance of the complaints received from the Petitioner, Mr. Deepak Kekane (Certified Auditor) has been appointed. He has already submitted an Inspection Report dated 4th November 2025. The Respondent No.3-Society has been directed to submit certain documents and cure the defects found in the Inspection Report.

1.1) That, after receipt of the final Report from the Respondent No.3 Society, the necessary steps as may be permissible in law will be adopted.

2) In view of the above, the complaints made by the Petitioner have been taken cognizance of by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the grievance of the Petitioner as of today, does not survive. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
