The Petitioners, who are private individuals, have a dispute with Respondent Nos.3 and 4, who were erstwhile licensees in the property of the Petitioners. An eviction Suit is already preferred against Respondent Nos.3 and 4, who have taken a stand that if the Petitioners repay the security deposit along with interest, the matter would be resolved. Petitioners desire that Respondent Nos.3 and 4 should be evicted. 2.

Since a Suit is already pending, the disputes between these parties can be considered by the Trial Court. We would not deal with disputed issues.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners prayed that the Corporation may at least look into the fire-fighting violations, which are within its jurisdiction. If this aspect is independently looked into by the Corporation, the Petitioners would agitate the grounds raised in this Petition before the Civil Court, where the Civil Suit is pending. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that, insofar as fire-fighting is concerned, if there are any fire-fighting violations or violations of fire safety protocols, the Corporation will look into this aspect.

Being satisfied, in view of the above recorded statement, the Petitioners instruct the learned Advocate in the Court Hall to withdraw this Petition and raise other issues before the Civil Court. The statement is recorded.
