Considering the grounds and the admitted facts, it is apparent that the Petitioner fell into a trap and voluntarily downloaded an application, thereby becoming accessible to the hacker, who has swindled Rs.1,05,000/- from his account. A complaint with the Cyber Cell has already been lodged. 2.
We expressed our disinclination.
