By an order dated 15th December, 2025 the Petitioner was permitted to serve the Respondents by private service and file affidavit of service. We are informed by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner that the affidavit of service dated 12th January, 2026 has been filed. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. It is canvassed that Respondent No. 2 is duty bound to decide the pending applications of the Petitioner within a particular time line. The Petitioner Vishal Parekar ...1

7-wp-4819-2025.odt prays that the said applications dated 16th September, 2020 and 7th October, 2021, be decided within sixty days.

In view of above and since Respondent No. 2 has not caused appearance despite service of notice by the Petitioner and service affidavit is placed on record, we direct Respondent No. 2 to follow the due procedure laid down in the law and decide the two Applications of the Petitioner dated 16th September, 2020 and 7th October, 2021 by following the due procedure laid down in law within a period of sixty days from the date of service of this order.

The Petitioner shall take a printout of this order from the official website of the Bombay High Court and serve Respondent No. 2. 5.

The Petition is disposed off.
